More about this option
City life outside. A calmer place to come home to.
Find your Ljubljana rhythm at ROSEMAN 1, a five-bedroom student apartment in a building that forms part of the city’s cultural heritage. With Metelkova, the Ljubljanica river and the railway station nearby, this central address is a welcoming base for studying, meeting friends and exploring the city.
Enjoy the cafés and riverside atmosphere of Ljubljana, discover the creative surroundings of Metelkova, or plan a trip from the nearby station. Back at home, each resident has a room of their own, with shared spaces for meals, conversation and unwinding together.
A balcony with a quieter outlook
The shared balcony looks towards a quiet, enclosed park behind the building, offering a calmer side of city-centre living. Take your morning coffee outside, pause between study sessions or enjoy a relaxed conversation in the fresh air. It is a space to slow down while keeping the city close.
A shared table, a place to connect
The bright dining and seating area gives the household somewhere to come together. Cook in the shared kitchen, swap recipes from home and catch up around the table after lectures. With a sofa alongside the dining area, there is also a comfortable place to sit and spend time with your flatmates.
A practical layout for shared living
The apartment has a shared bathroom and a separate WC, helping make everyday routines easier when several students are getting ready at once. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, while the separate toilet provides additional convenience.
Choose your room or move in as a group
All five bedrooms are for single occupancy. Rooms R1–R4 are €600 per month each. Room R5 has a larger bed and is €650 per month for one person. If you are arriving as a group, the entire apartment is available for €2,650 per month, reduced from €3,000.
