Make yourself at home in central Ljubljana at ROSEMAN 4. Set in a building that forms part of the city’s cultural heritage, this apartment brings together historic surroundings, very spacious bedrooms and modern shared facilities. Choose a private room, rent the entire apartment with friends or enquire about one bed in the shared twin room.
Metelkova, the Ljubljanica river and the railway station are nearby, putting you close to the creative and social side of Ljubljana. Explore the cafés along the river, discover the atmosphere around Metelkova or plan a trip from the station. This central setting makes it easy to enjoy life beyond your studies.
Generous bedrooms and a balcony
The apartment’s two bedrooms offer plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. One has a double bed and is offered for one person; the other has two separate beds and can be rented as a whole room or by the bed. A balcony adds an outdoor spot for fresh air and a break from the day.
A modern kitchen for everyday meals
The modern kitchen gives residents a welcoming place to prepare meals and spend time together. Cook something from home, get to know your flatmates over dinner or enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out. Sharing a kitchen can make settling into a new city feel more familiar.
Washing and drying, taken care of at home
The modern bathroom includes both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Take care of your laundry in the apartment, with the convenience of washing and drying your clothes at home throughout your stay.
Choose the arrangement that suits you
The private double-bed room is €700 per month for one resident. The entire twin room is €750 per month for one resident or €850 per month for two people booking together. If you are arriving alone and would like to share, one bed in the twin room is €450 per person per month; another student may rent the other bed separately.
The whole apartment is €1,500 per month, reduced from €1,650. All bills are included and no deposit is required. Send your preferred dates and rental option; we will confirm availability before any rental is agreed.
